Local deliveries typically arrive within 2–5 business days, while international shipments may take 7–14 business days depending on customs procedures in your country. Return & Exchange Policy

While we are confident in the quality of our products, we understand that choosing a fragrance is a deeply personal decision. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a return and exchange window of 7 days from the date of delivery. To maintain the integrity and hygiene of our products, returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. We regret that we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened, sprayed, or show signs of use. In rare instances where your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please notify our customer care team within 48 hours of receiving your package. Our team will request clear photographs of the product and packaging to process your claim efficiently, after which we will arrange for a replacement, exchange, or refund — whichever you prefer.
